Q: Do you offer any more products or options?

A:Brochures for the full Marshalls Street Furniture range can be ordered or downloaded as pdfs from the Marshalls Street Furniture website.
Q: I would like all my products to be keyed alike, is this possible?
A:Absolutely, just simply state this in the courier instructions when placing your order.
Q: My product requires keys, is it possible to get extra copies of the key?
A:This isn’t a problem. Extra keys are available from our customer service team who can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0845 527 3689.
Q: Does the final price include VAT?
A:Yes, VAT is included in the final price. The price at checkout is the price you pay and this includes VAT and delivery as detailed in the item description. We will issue a VAT invoice on request following delivery.
Q: Can I pay by cheque or BACS?
A:We are able to accept cheque and BACS payments. If you want to do this please call our customer service team who can process your order for you - we do not accept cash however. Don’t forget, you can pay using your credit or debit card as well as paypal and Google checkout.
Collection and Delivery

A:Yes, collection can be arranged contact our customer service team at email@example.com and they’ll advise collection point for your order.
Q: How are the products delivered?
A:When you order, we will check any specific delivery instructions or restrictions and will try to accommodate all your requirements, typically our products are delivered on pallets by carrier service to kerbside.
Q: How long will delivery take?
A:See our product specifications for estimated delivery period, our customer service team will contact you with delivery information once ordered.
Q: Can I choose a delivery time that suits me?
A:Yes when we contact you at point of delivery, you can specify an AM or PM delivery on a date that suits you, weekend deliveries may incur surcharges.
Q: What type of vehicle will the delivery arrive on?
A:Although we can’t fully specify the type of vehicle the delivery will arrive on we will always try to accommodate any special instructions.
Q: Do you deliver outside of mainland UK?
A:Yes we can deliver worldwide however our delivered rates are based on mainland UK and additional costs may apply – please contact our customer service team on 0845 302 0602 for a quotation.
Installation and Maintenance
Q: Do you offer an installation or fitting service?
A:Marshalls may be able to install your product or put you in touch with an approved Marshalls Installer in your area contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q: Will my product require assembly or specialist installation?
A:Most products are fully assembled however a few of our products will require assembly, see our product specifications, following order a specification sheet will be sent to you detailing all assembly/installation instructions.
Q: Can I obtain advice on fitting and maintenance for my purchase?
A:Once your order is placed, we will send you an acknowledgment of delivery date along with an operating and maintenance sheet for your chosen product.
Q: I need help with installation of the products I ordered. What are costs of doing this?
A:Contact our customer service team and advise the location of your installation and we’d be pleased to provide rates for installation of any of our products.

A:We are not looking for any new agencies for any of these services at this time.
Q: Where are your stores based and what are their opening hours?
A:We do not have any stores as such as we sell direct over the internet and phone. If you need to contact us please contact us via email, live chat or over the phone on 0845 302 0602. Our opening hours for these channels are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
